CUSTOMER HEARS WHAT SOUNDS LIKE ABS KICKING IN…CHECK AND ADVISE. TECH TEST DROVE VEHICLE AND DIDN'T HEAR ANY NOISES, BUT OBSERVED A SLIGHT SHAKE IN THE REAR WHEN BRAKING. UPON VISUAL INSPECTION, IT APPEARS VEHICLE HAS NEW(ER) BRAKE PADS & ROTORS ON THE FRONT AND REAR. CALIPERS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION AND ALL BRAKING COMPONENTS HAVE BEEN THERMAL IMAGED TO CHECK FOR POSSIBLE OVERHEATING OF BRAKES….NO PROBLEM FOUND. SCANNED COMPUTER TO CHECK FOR POSSIBLE ABS FAULTS WITHIN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM AND FOUND NONE. NO REPAIR.
Change oil & filter. Check all lights, wipers, belts, hoses, tire wear & pressure, fluid levels & condition. Top off all fluids & reset oil life indicator as needed. SYNTHETIC OIL
